There was no airconditioning, just a fan.  The TV was all green in the background and we could only see 2 or 3 channels.

We had to change rooms because the sheets were wrong and drapes didn't work.  There was no caulking around the tub and floor.  There is no sprinkler system.

Blood on the walls in the bathroom, 10 minutes for hot water, AC doesn't work well, always blowing cold and I couldn't control it, humid in room, paint falling, ruined stairwell, no light in stairs, NEVER COMING BACK.

I believe your employees deserve better pay.  With a raise being negotiated, a pay cut was very unfair and debilitating for the wonderful help that you employed at your hotel.  The reason I loved this hotel was for its great employees that you have rendered incapable to work!
